Terms, Delivery & Returns

Florisse is committed to providing beautiful flowers, thoughtful gifts and reliable customer service.

For enquiries, please use the contact form available on Florisse.uk.

Placing an Order

Select your flowers or gift, enter the recipient’s details, choose an available delivery option and complete payment at checkout.

After placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgement. Your order is accepted when we begin preparing or dispatching it.

We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, delivery is unavailable, incorrect information has been provided or the order appears fraudulent. If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

Only one promotional code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

Products and Images

Flowers and plants are natural, seasonal products. Their colour, size, variety and arrangement may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website.

We will always aim to maintain the overall style, quality and value of the product ordered. Flowers may arrive in bud so the recipient can enjoy them for longer.

Vases, candles and other accessories are only included when clearly stated in the product description or added separately during checkout.

Delivery

We deliver to eligible UK addresses shown at checkout. Available dates, delivery charges and services depend on the product and recipient’s postcode.

Customers must provide the recipient’s complete name, address, postcode, telephone number and any necessary access instructions.

Florisse cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure caused solely by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer. Additional charges may apply if redelivery is required.

We aim to deliver on the selected date, but delivery times are estimates unless specifically described as guaranteed. Weather, traffic, courier disruption, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

If the Recipient Is Unavailable

If nobody is available, the delivery partner may leave the order:

  • In a suitable safe place.
  • With a neighbour.
  • With reception, concierge or security.
  • At a collection point.

The delivery partner may also leave a card, send an electronic notification or attempt redelivery. Tracking information or a delivery photograph may be used as proof of delivery.

Orders sent to hospitals, schools, hotels, offices or similar locations will normally be delivered to reception or another authorised receiving point. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in internal distribution after delivery to that location.

Gift Messages and Sender Information

Only the information included in the gift message will normally be sent with the order.

If the sender has not identified themselves, we will not usually disclose their identity without permission. Information may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to investigate fraud, harassment or a safety concern.

We may reject messages containing unlawful, abusive, threatening or seriously offensive content.

Payments

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are securely processed by approved third-party payment providers.

Complete payment-card details are not normally stored on Florisse systems. We may conduct reasonable payment-security and fraud-prevention checks before accepting an order.

All applicable charges will be displayed before you complete payment.

Substitutions

Flowers and gifts are subject to seasonal availability. If an item is unavailable, we may replace it with a suitable alternative of similar style, equal or better quality and equal or greater value.

We will try to preserve the arrangement’s overall colour palette and appearance. If a substitution would significantly change the order, we will try to contact you before proceeding.

Cancelling an Order

Contact us through Florisse.uk as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel an order.

Cancellation may not be possible once flowers have been ordered, cut or arranged, a personalised product has been prepared or the order has been dispatched.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Fresh Flowers and Personalised Products

Fresh flowers, plants and other rapidly perishable products are normally excluded from the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Bespoke or clearly personalised products are also normally excluded.

These exclusions do not affect your legal rights if a product is damaged, faulty, not of satisfactory quality or materially different from its description.

Non-Perishable Returns

Eligible non-perishable products, such as certain vases, candles or accessories, may be cancelled within 14 days after delivery.

After notifying us, you normally have another 14 days to return the product. The product should be returned safely and should not have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return postage. Eligible refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or evidence that it has been sent.

Problems With an Order

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from its description, contact us as soon as reasonably possible through Florisse.uk.

Please provide your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, store credit or another appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Website Information and Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep Florisse.uk accurate and available. However, product availability, seasonal flowers, delivery options and website information may change.

Florisse is responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable losses or problems caused solely by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy

Customer and gift-recipient information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law.
